I made the purchase with pay pal and non of your reps mentioned 180 days though I have been told multiple times of review of my account. I actually think the way things have been handled you have denied me the product and any confidence in you apart from the mechanical side of things having security.
I am interested in a refund.Though I am dissapointed because I thought product interesting I know longer have any reason to belive you are interested in my computers tablet ect security. I have an e mail that states your records show that.
180 days has not elapsed.I have not gotten premium that I paid for. That does not explain how this has been handled. YES, I do think I got confused re e mail adress temporarily. I have e mailed more than 20 xs and more than that. I have recived a key that does not work at both of these 2 email addreses.
