The music is the 'Cave Dungeon' theme from the Super Mario 64 OST. It can also be seen in Dudaw's beta revival project, and the idea of Wet-Dry World being present in the B-Roll beta version originates from a page listing old beta theories by Awesomelukeyproject.
The area is mainly taken from the vanilla version of the titular stage, with a few changes in the layout and the exclusion of the town area. The area mostly looks like the vanilla Wet-Dry World, with some of the elements missing, like the express elevator and the town area itself, the tunnel inside the grid being blocked off.
